## About

This plugin provides the tools for the Journal Manager of a journal to add submissions and publish them without having
to pass through the whole submission process.

## Note

The QuickSubmit plugin integrates the main features of a submission and in no way substitutes the submission process. It can not be used by the authors. It can be considered an administrative tool for the Journal Managers.
